2023.06.01 EAPS Workshop - Cohort '18 presentation
Our head of research Zsuzsanna Veroszta gave a presentation at the Families’ Resilience and well-being of children and youth workshop organised by the European Association of Population Studies on 23 May 2023. The presentation entitled The moderating role of day-care on the impact of low socioeconomic status on socio-emotional wellbeing in early childhood was based on the joint analysis with Krisztina Kopcsó and Zsolt Spéder, using data collected in the Cohort '18 study. 2023.05.04 Ageing in Europe
Our research consultant and former director of the HDRI, Zsolt Spéder will give a presentation entitled Ageing in Europe. Taking into consideration perceived old age lines in Europe on 9 May 2023 in Berlin. Dr. Spéder will also chair the session ‘Consequenes of Later Life Divorce’. The event Family Diversity in Ageing European Societies: Trends, Patterns, and Policy Challenges is organised by Population Europe.
2023.03.02 Parental Leave Policies and Social Sustainability
Our Director Zsuzsanna Makay participates at the Working Group meeting of Cost Action Parental Leave Policies and Social Sustainability between 2-3 March 2023 in Madrid. With 33 representatives from 22 European countries the Action aims to advance and disseminate research and knowledge about the significance of paid parental leave for the social sustainability of societies.
